This is the first in a series of devotional commentaries, which allow people to get to grips with each book of the Bible one bite at a time. Phil Moore, congratulations on your faithful and dynamic work in these...... On the down-side, I wish Monarch in their publishing wisdom had opted for a more spacious layout and size format so that each copy doesn't suffer reading distress in the handling of this little volume. Most commentaries are (sadly are) dull. This reads with a pulse of Holy Spirit life! Most commentaries are for scholars. These are well suited for you and me! This just could be a new way of reading the Bible with fresh eyes. Brilliant!
