With the help of her Englisher friend Heather, who has her own problems, the two girls travel to Ohio only to find Lettie Byler has moved on. This is a very moving story in many ways. The reader knows far more than Grace, and can feel the pain felt by many of the characters. I was desperate to get to the end of the book and see how all was to be finally resolved, but was disappointed when there was no more to read! I would love to hear more of these people who had become more friends than characters in a book.

This is a very moving story in many ways. The reader knows far more than Grace, and can feel the pain felt by many of the characters. I would love to hear more of these people who had become more friends than characters in a book.
